If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact us by email (email@example.com) or telephone us on 00 44 (0) 191 2130955 within 7 days to receive an authorisation number to return your item.
You will have to pay the postage costs back to us but we will post any replacement garments back to you postage free.
We will only accept the goods back in their original condition, all tags must still be attached and in the original bag.
Please note that in the interests of hygiene we are unable to exchange underwear,bikinis,hair accessories, body jewellery(including earrings) and makeup which has been worn next to the skin.
Please remember to fill in the returns form telling us whether you want an exchange or a refund.
Any items sent to you in error are dealt with in a case by case manner and are exempt from the standard returns policy.
